Products to purchase
You are required to purchase, in a single transaction, at least 3 L’Oréal Paris and Garnier branded products for face care and cleansing (creams, eye treatments, ampoules, serums, fluids, cleansers, toners, and makeup removers).

How to request a refund
- By indicating in the caption of the photograph (and not sending a new message) the details of the receipt/order/invoice:
- The date (DDMM)
- The time (HHMM). If the receipt shows more than one time, you will need to enter the one next to the date and document number (not the transaction time).
- The total amount of the receipt without commas (€€cc)
- The complete receipt number with zeros but without a dash.
After verification, you will always receive a WhatsApp message (or text) with a link to access within 5 working days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excluded) to validate the refund request with
- Your personal details:
- First and last name
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
- IBAN bank details
- Account holder’s name
